Close to metro. Large room washing machine.
Very noisy. Surrounding area bit dodgy but ok. Shower door didn't close tight. Bathroom window lock broken. Nothing to dry dishes. Cleanliness not perfect Only one mug. Toilet didn't flush properly

The instructions to get in the apartment were clear. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities, such as for cooking. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station.
The key was a bit fiddly in the lock, it often took me a few minutes to lock and unlock the door. By the time I left the apartment in the morning I had just about worked out how to open the door.

The apartment is close to the metro station (10 min walk) - that is the only positive thing about it
The accommodation was not in satisfactory condition upon our arrival. We experienced several issues, including leaking taps, leaking shower, clogged sink, bedding, linen and towels that had an unpleasant odor and were not washed. Before check-in we were supposed to pay a city tax directly to the personal account of the host. Otherwise he would not provide us with the instructions on how to enter the apartment, because, as he wrote “there were some technical issues” before our check in. I didn't receive the details which technical issues those were, but due to the fact in which conditions we received the apartment upon check-in (leaking taps, leaking shower, clogged sink, not clean apartment etc) – I assume those could be the ones. The location itself does not seem very safe in the evenings. You will hear every sound from the street and from the neighbours during the day and night. After check-out, the host repeatedly contacted us and criticized us for not cleaning the apartment to his expectations. I have never experienced such kind of behavior from the host – demanding from a customer to clean the whole apartment, although the apartment itself was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. He was rude and impolite, the messages became accusatory and disrespectful, and we felt uncomfortable and harassed by his behavior. Shortly afterwards, the host submitted a claim, demanding from us to pay EUR 100.00 for broken mosquito net which we never touched and a hole in the bed linen which was there upon our arrival. I would never recommend other tourists to stay here. Should you decide on this stay – make photos and videos of all the conditions right upon arrival – otherwise be ready that after your stay the host will demand from you to “pay for damages” which you never did. I am surprised there are so many same negative reviews from the tourists including the same issues and Booking site still keeps such property in its offering. It must be blocked and never appear again
