The shower didn't really have hot water, but we managed. The apartment was quite warm for my taste.

Overall, very happy with the property

I liked the property mainly because of its location. It was very close to my brother’s property, which was convenient as I could easily visit him. The property is also close to shops, the Metro, and the hospital, which made getting around very easy. I really appreciated the underfloor heating, which made the stay more comfortable. Although I don’t know much about the area, overall I was very happy with the location of the property.

The only thing I would mention is that the two single beds for adults were not very comfortable. For families with children, they are fine, but for adults, they could be improved. Other than that, the room standard and overall property were very good.

A quiet and clean apartment located near Milan Linate, ideal for a short stop before flying out.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-situated with quick access to grocery stores and restaurants. The location made it very convenient for our overnight stay before departing from Milan Linate Airport. Entry through the outer gate and building intercom was smooth, and once inside, the apartment had everything we needed for a restful down day. I used the FreeNow app to book a taxi for our trip to the airport, which was about a 12 minute ride to the terminal.

We had difficulty accessing the apartment itself due to a code mismatch: the English instructions listed the wrong code, while the Italian version had the correct one. Arriving late at night, this caused about an hour of confusion before we figured it out. The water heater also wasn’t working initially, but we discovered the gas valve had been shut off — once turned on, hot water was available without issue.

The responsiveness of the host shoud be better as well as the availability of amenities in the apartment.

Location is good.

- Window blinds in the small room are broken. The host was informed about it and we asked him to repair/fix it, but he didn’t take any action. - Water pressure in the bathroom is extremely low, makes it almost impossible to properly take a shower. - Ironing equipment is listed on the Bookings page, but there was no iron. When asked to bring one, the host declined.

L' appartamento è molto accogliente, un bel salone e 2 belle camere da letto. Adiacente all' ospedale, davvero comodo per chi deve fare controlli. Ottima esperienza.

Ideale per chi ha necessità di recarsi al Policlinico

Appartamento grande e comodo, mobili un po' datati ma in buono stato. Serramenti eccezionali, nuovi, come le porte interne. Armadi grandi, cassettoni, vani che rendono l'appartamento ideale anche per soggiorni lunghi. Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità, si trova all'interno di un piccolo complesso di palazzine con spazi verdi, probabilmente in una stagione migliore l'avrei apprezzato ancora di più (le zanzariere al balcone in estate devono essere fantastiche). Asse e ferro da stiro, stendino, alcune capsule di caffè e qualche brioche. Viene fatto un servizio di pulizia ogni tre giorni, con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola, un servizio che ho molto apprezzato. Per recarsi al Policlinico l'appartamento è perfetto. Attenzione però: il Comune di San Donato prevede l'esenzione dalla tassa di soggiorno per chi accompagna un familiare ricoverato, ma non mi è stato detto (nonostante nelle comunicazioni col gestore avessi specificato che mio marito era stato ricoverato) e l'ho corrisposta anche per lui che di fatto ha soggiornato solo due notti. L'ho scoperto in un altro appartamento nel quale mi sono recata in seguito, per necessità di prolungare il soggiorno. Lì mi è stato fatto compilare un modulo apposito (E1) che il gestore avrebbe poi consegnato in Comune e non ho pagato nulla.

Mancava il bollitore anche se è indicato tra i servizi (il simpaticissimo proprietario, che abbiamo incontrato in occasione di un disguido idraulico, ci ha detto che non c'è mai stato). Assenza totale di tende, anche nelle stanze, considerato che tutt'intorno ci sono altri palazzi direi che sono necessarie. Non sarebbe stato male un appendiabiti all'ingresso, in giornate invernali di pioggia battente sarebbe stato utilissimo. Alcune lampade non funzionanti, una lampadina l'ho cambiata a mie spese pur di poterla utilizzare, asse del WC rotta, letto rumoroso e cigolante anche se comodo. La lavatrice si trovava in una stanza chiusa, neanche il proprietario è riuscito a trovare la chiave per aprirla. Il codice di accesso (di una facilità imbarazzante) viene fornito molto in anticipo; trovandomi sola, dopo il ricovero di mio marito, ho vissuto giorni e notti col timore che qualcuno potesse entrare. Di fatto un giorno, rincasando, ho trovato lo zerbino esterno dentro casa, segno che qualcuno era entrato. Chiesto spiegazioni, era stato il servizio lavanderia (passato senza preavviso), non capisco però perchè spingere all'interno della casa uno zerbino esterno sporchissimo. Con un po' più di attenzione e di cura (banalmente anche solo un paio di forbici, un rotolo di carta da cucina) sarebbe una casa da 9 o anche 10.

Grande bluff, niente acqua calda nel bagno!!

E' trascorsa già una settimana e attendo ancora le scuse da parte del gestore Sig. Russo che non si è minimamente preoccupato di avere lasciato un'intera famiglia di quattro persone senza acqua calda (non usciva proprio dai rubinetti del bagno), dunque impossibile fare le docce, mancavano inoltre alcuni teli doccia che avevano sostituito con asciugamani da viso. Avvisato tramite messaggio WhatsApp non ha avuto la decenza e soprattutto il coraggio di rispondere. Fate attenzione rasenta la truffa, per noi è stato un enorme disagio.

Migliorerei la sicurezza della porta di casa perché ha un codice di chiusura serratura debolissima e accessibile agli estranei. Non rende sicuro tenere delle cose a casa con una password così facile

Fantastico appartamento

Appartamento di ampia metratura confortevole , pulito in ottima posizione. L'immobile ha un terrazzo ampio per godersi momenti di pace, "chiuso" da zanzariere. E per gli amanti degli animali?? Beh scendi di casa e nel parco condominiale un'infinità di coniglietti liberi♡ Abbiamo trovato la soluzione migliore per noi ogni volta che veniamo a Milano. Consiglio vivamente

Posizione ottimale per chi deve accedere ai servizi del Policlinico. Alloggio confortevole e pulito. Piacevole trovare le cialde per un caffè e le bustine per un tè e dei cornetti per la colazione. Rete internet efficiente. Contatti con il gestore rapidi ed efficienti.

Integrerei la cucina con prodotti semplici come sale, olio aceto e/o qualcos'altro, perchè la zona di sera è un pò isolata ed i locali per la cena, se si è a piedi, sono un pò lontani, per cui si potrebbe favorire la possibilità di organizzare una cena in casa, invece di recarsi nei bar o al take-away di fronte.
