The location was good, close to walks and other tourist attractions. Value for money. Rooms and bathrooms were kept very clean.
The self checkin was good, but maybe staff could be a bit more visable and for a longer time at the reception desk.

Communal areas were great, lovely showers and bathrooms
Parking - confusion as the signage says park one way but staff asked me to park the other way. It needs marking out properly. I also had to ask for toilet roll in the annexe bathrooms. Most of the time no staff were around.

The beds, bathrooms, and living room area were all extremely clean and modern, and soap was supplied.
There could have been a lot more shelving to store clothes/items. We stayed in the 6-person dorm and besides the windowsill there was nowhere to place your belongings. Another slight downside for us was that check-in and check-out were completely automated so there was no human element to it.

Such a great location in the heart of the Peak District, easy to get to and from, quiet and comfortable. Good facilities and friendly staff, clean and modern
