Had a really nice stay here. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Check-in was easy and host was nice and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Would definitely stay here again:)

La posizione vicinissima alla stazione. La casa molto luminosa ed accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato ciò che ci è stato lasciato per colazione. Tutto pulito.
L'odore in bagno persistente e fastidioso. Non è free parking zone e bisogna organizzarsi per il parcheggio. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili nel dare indicazioni. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava bene nelle camera fronte strada.

The property is much larger than the photos. Very spacious two bedrooms and a living/kitchen/dining area. Wonderful location in heart of Chiswick right by district line. It backs up to the tracks but the noise never bothered us. Nice large patio/garden area.
We had a couple issues with our stay. One, we arrived during a heat wave and the property’s listing had said that there was air conditioning. This property does NOT have ac. When I asked the PM they told me to pull a tiny cord on a wall, which was no more than a small circulation fan. We were there for 9 nights and requested fans on our first night and they didn’t deliver one until our 6th day.
Our second issue was a horrible sewage smell. It was very apparent the first few days of our stay and was probably from the heat, but again it took them 6 days before they sent a maintenance person out and they weren’t able to even fix it. Along with sewage smell, there is a mold smell under most of the kitchen cabinets. There was several black mold spots in bathroom that I ended up having to spray myself with bleach/mildew remover. The unit has a bigger issue that the owners seem to keep putting cheap quick bandaids on. Barring these issues, it could be a wonderful rental as the size and location is great.
