Ho vissuto in quella zona in passato ed è stato come tornare a casa. Ovviamente la cosa che ho preferito è stato avere un posto auto solo per me che a Londra è impossibile avere perfino in hotel. Disponibilissimi e subito pronti a rispondere.

The hostess is very reactive to answer our questions, the apartment is very cosy, clean and well decorated, there are all necessary appliances available, and it is well located : near the subway station 'East Acton', near bus stations and also closed to a Lidl supermarket and other shops. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this appartment.

We were given the keybox code only one day before our arrival.

Great communication with the host, very friendly and able to solve our issues quickly. Good location with bus stop right outside and underground only 10 minutes away. Good local shops and restaurants all around. Parking can be tricky but it's private, so it gives you some peace of mind. The flat is nicely decorated and has everything you need, with extra stuff too. Overall it's a decent place if you're only staying for a few nights and don't need your car a lot.

We had some issues at the beginning of our stay as the keys were not in the lock and we had to wait a bit for someone to bring them to us. The flat was dirty, bedsheets were stained and had not been changed, the floors and bathroom were dirty, but the host sent a cleaner to clean the flat straight away which was nice as we came back to a clean and tidy flat in the evening. They also left us some snacks in the fridge to apologise, which was really nice and kindly appreciated. The parking was a bit of a nightmare because the other tenants blocked us in every morning and we weren't able to use our car at all until we left. The building is dirty and it smells really bad, not the host's fault but it could definitely be kept in better conditions. Someone smokes inside their flat which makes the floor stink. There's rubbish on the stairs and on the floors. Ceilings are tricky as they're very uneven, but it's to be expected in a flat like that. Just mind your head!
