washing machine didn't work (but we got discount because of it), very steep stairs (London houses...) - important for persons with some problems with legs

The flat is very light and airy, clean and well appointed. During our week in London there was a heatwave but we opened all the windows and each room, helpfully, had a fan. It made a big difference. The bathroom was also newly refurbished, and incredibly comfortable to use with a proper sized shower which had good power and two decent shower heads. The flat was clean - this was the first time I walked into a holiday let and not had to wash the floor immediately as they are usually not clean enough - not this one! The kitchen was also well equipped. Proper sized fridge, good oven and hob (Smeg!) and a microwave. I had two grown up boys staying with me and I had to cook for them multiple times a day. The management is very responsive. We had a snag and within minutes, we had somebody pass by to inspect. We felt heard and well cared for. They seemed to be genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The management definitely deserves five stars. From the apartment you have at least four supermarkets you can reach easily. One right underneath, and a huge Morrison's ten minutes' walk away. The Elizabeth line is only four minutes away and the train stops there every 10-15 minutes, but buses run from right outside the property and connect you to many other places. You can also walk to several other tube stations with even more connectivity options.

Like most London flats, this place has no lift and three flights of fairly steep stairs, but that cannot be helped - and truthfully, it was a nice bit of exercise! As it is on a main road, it can get noisy in the front rooms, however, we felt this more acutely because it was so hot and had to have the windows open. We closed the (doubleglazed) front windows at night and this helped a lot. The bedrooms are looking towards the back, so you do not hear the main road at all at night, and it does quieten down significantly.

Great location. BP garage and Sainsbury’s on the door step. Accommodation clean and modern. Lots of fans left for us which was much needed as the bedrooms can get a little stuffy in warm weather. Felt very spacious even with 5 people staying. Balcony with bistro set was a great addition.

Bathroom had a little wear and tear, could maybe benefit from a little refresh but otherwise very clean. Towels were clean but very well used. Could benefit from some new fluffy towels. However these would not be enough to stop me rebooking.

Beautiful property, more than enough room for 4 people. Very clean. Parking ( approx £7.50 per day ) available in a side street next to the property and Elizabeth line trains just a short walk away

3 flights of stairs to access but kept us fit !
