Bel Étage - 4BR Superior Family-Suite with AC - City Centre

Is a very good space for families, new renovate very confortable, super good decorated, and have all you need. We had a really pleasant stay. We are happy to find the place and the best host ever! Manuel made sure we were confortable and had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend gelegen – in Zentrumsnähe, alles fußläufig. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem. Zwei Bäder und ausreichend Platz für bis zu 10 Personen machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Klare Empfehlung!

Zwei Tage Wien waren definitiv zu kurz, um diese großartige Wohnung und die Umgebung in vollem Umfang zu genießen. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger.

Alles war perfekt. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber Manuel war sehr zuvorkommend und hat nach unseren Bedürfnissen den früheren Chen in ermöglicht. Die ganze Wohnung entspricht den Bildern zu 100 Prozent.

Positives - the location was excellent. We liked being in a quieter, more residential neighborhood while still being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and many of Vienna’s attractions. The building itself is historic, but the apartment appeared newly renovated and everything looked fresh and well maintained. The layout worked well for our family of five. Communication before and during our stay was easy, and the host was friendly and welcoming upon arrival.

The main issue was the air conditioning. During our stay, temperatures reached the high 80s and 90s, and all three units repeatedly shut off with an error after running for very short periods of time. Although the host was aware of the issue and did communicate with us, no solution was provided and we were not aware of any efforts to repair the problem during our stay. The units would begin blowing warm air and had an unpleasant odor when they stopped working. We eventually learned that shutting all three units off for a period of time and then restarting them together would sometimes get them working again, but this became a recurring part of our stay, including overnight, and significantly affected our comfort. Other issues included a broken toilet seat in one bathroom, no soap or shower amenities upon arrival, and windows without screens, making them impractical to open in warm weather. Because we were focused on managing the air-conditioning problem, we did not pursue these additional concerns.
