location was very convenient. Not down town, but 1 min walk from tram 43 and U6 which took us everywhere. The ground floor apartment was very spacious, for two families (4 adults, 3 children). In pretty good shape, relatively new and the kitchen/bathrooms in very good condition. Comfy beds, nice little terrace for night drinks. We used the washing machine and refreshed the dirty children clothes.

The apartment was not very clean (floor, socks got dirty within an hour), pillows not comfortable (for me). There was dirty cutlery in the drawer, from previous guests. Not sure if the housekeeping could do something about that. The second bathroom had clogged plumbing and was pretty much useless (very difficult to shower). No answer from the managing staff for that. The bathtub of the main bathroom is very slippery, caution advised

Great location, very spacious apartment. The host facilitated early check-in which was much appreciated.

No building numbers and instructions on which door to use for access to the apartment was unclear. A full set of instructions were printed and stored in the apartment but you needed to get there first! The apartment was quite well equipped but small things like a welcome pack, toaster and a few dishwasher tablets would really enhance the first impression.

The apartment is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation. Access to the apartment was straightforward and easy. It features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are equipped with showers. Hot water was available at all times.

The apartment did not meet basic cleanliness standards. There were small pieces of debris on the floor, a significant amount of dust, and visible stains on the walls in multiple areas. In one of the bedrooms, the bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows were in very poor condition, heavily worn, and completely unsuitable for a comfortable rest. The most unacceptable issue was finding a men’s underwear item left on an ironing board in the storage area. This clearly indicates a serious lack of proper cleaning and inspection. The owners or the management company need to take much greater responsibility and ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and properly checked before accommodating guests.

The rooms were large and warm. There were several toilets and several bathrooms. The location was good. The overall impression was good.

We didn't get the apartment at the promised time because the cleaners were still cleaning. The delay was 1.5 hours and it was unpleasant. There weren't enough glasses for six people. The bathroom drain was bad, the water wouldn't drain. The bed base frames were broken in several rooms and the mattress sank in.
