    Stayed here for 3 days on Eid ul Azha 2026. We had two rooms 306 and 304 both with great views. The hotel staff is very kind. The breakfast buffet is really good though we arrive in the buffet area after 10:30 each day they still serviced us with smile and made sure we had a good breakfast. Internet was down for one day but that is common in Pakistan's north. The internet speed was good around 40mbps. Hot water was not available for sometime but it was fixed and then good temp hot water was available through the stay. The location is slightly off mall road murree but that also works because it saves you time without having to be routed through the busier roads. There is a spa in the hotel as well. Most stayers are families .. the parking is huge and covered. You walk right of the hotel for 10 minutes and you are on the mall road. Good stay and value for money 9/10
