The hotel does not appear to handle Agoda bookings directly and instead uses a third-party provider. Unfortunately, this created a very frustrating experience for me.
I had to check out one night early, and the hotel manager confirmed that I was eligible for a refund for the unused night. Agoda was cooperative throughout the process and repeatedly contacted the hotel’s third-party provider on my behalf. However, the provider never responded to Agoda’s emails.
Whenever I contacted the provider, they either claimed they had not received Agoda’s emails or said the responsible person was unavailable or on leave. The entire experience felt like they were deliberately avoiding the issue instead of resolving a straightforward refund.
Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism made what should have been a simple refund process unnecessarily stressful.
P.S. I haven't received my refund till date.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my wife. The first room they gave us was terrible. The bedsheets were dirty, and the shower was broken and leaking from multiple places. I informed the staff 2–3 times, and eventually asked them to change my room. They then moved us to another room, which was cleaner and had a better bathroom.
However, after some time, I discovered that the toilet flush was not working properly because it was broken. I didn't have enough time or energy to request another room change, so I stayed there.
The hotel was almost empty, yet they provided only one complimentary water bottle for a couple. If you ask for another bottle, they charge extra. They don't even provide drinking water with breakfast you have to pay for it separately, even though breakfast was included in our stay.
The location is not ideal either, as it is quite a long walk from Mall Road. There are many cheaper and better options available in the area.

had a fantastic experience at Sunway Murree! Everything was top-notch..the food was delicious and the staff were incredibly professional. A special shout-out to Umar, who was exceptionally friendly and humble. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended
