    The unit was clean and impressive. The layout was interesting and modern. My family enjoyed the room very much. Highly recommended.

    The housekeeping staff needs more training. She repeatedly did not replace my floor mat after removing the used piece. They do not provide room slipper. There is bath tub. Overall cleanliness acceptable. The manager (Reese) speaks very good English as she stayed in Singapore before. Hotel gave fast response via Agoda app. Uber pick up is at the junction near the hotel, about 2 mins walk. There is no door latch inside the room so staff can just scan card and come into the room.

    We lucked out on getting one big family room, but the deal that they gave us for two rooms for the price of one was very enticing. They placed our family on the same floor so it was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

    I stayed in the hotel along with two girls. It looked fine initially and the beds were comfortable. However, there was no security measures to stop strangers from entering the room floors. The hotel was located in a building that felt like an office building which felt odd to me, it is nothing like an actual hotel. Most concerningly, we saw a drunk man lying outside the room next door at around 11pm, which was really creepy and scary for a group of girls travelling alone. We tried to find a staff for help, but there were no intercoms from the room and the lobby was empty. There was no staff to assist us at all. We end up hearing him snore outside our room for the night. Lastly, the hotel was dusty and my friend suffered from nose allergy after from staying in the hotel.
