Shops and activities are located 300 meters away, including climbing, kayaking, pools, horseback riding, tennis, and cinema. Summer activities include mountain bike trails, recreational baths at Monetier-les-Bains 8 kilometers away, stream fishing, and exploring Savine Lake and Serre-Poncon dam 1 hour away. The animal park and hiking trails start directly from the property. Italy is 30 minutes away, Turin 1 hour, and Briancon with its old town are easily accessible. An adventure park is 1 kilometer away, Pontillas Lake 1 kilometer, and La Grave cable car 15 kilometers away.
