Brilliant stay, excellent weather, superb snow and property location second to none!!
Excellent property, nice and large with all amenities. Staff very kind and helpful. Superb location, just a couple of minutes walking distance from gondolas Ratier taking you up the mountains fairly quickly. Ski shop for renting equipment in the hotel or just nearby. Possibility of parking in the hotel or further away in a free car park.
Disappointed our chalet "les sommets" did not have a balcony/terrace. Communication with the hotel via booking messaging worked well but could sometimes take a while to get a response

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre . En face des remontées très pratique . Le personnel est au petit soin et très agréable .
Le seul point négatif est le manque de lumière dans l’appartement qui est très sombre . Trop tamisé.

L'établissement vous vend un visuel photo du logement qui ne correspond pas au logement qu'il vous attribue. 800 € la nuitée, pas de chauffage dans la pièce principale, panne depuis un moment, il était au courant mais loue quand même. Hallucinant. Tire-bouchon, bouilloire à réclamer et à ramener sans faute en partant. Groupe de sécurité. Cumulus qui fuit ainsi que chasse d'eau, bruit permanent. Et j'en passe. Établissement pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas du tout, à fuir.
