About this chalet rental

Spacious and bright, the Derborence chalet is south-facing in a quiet environment, away from traffic and not overlooked. Built on a flat plot of land on one level, you will enjoy the sun from morning to evening thanks to the garden, and its garden furniture, as well as the large bay windows on the first floor.
An independent bedroom with its private shower room for those who want to isolate themselves a little and, upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a built-in sink and a 'refuge' room for children or the not so young. A large shower on the first floor and a large bathroom on the 1st floor help avoid morning and evening traffic jams. The two toilets (1 per level) are independent.
The chalet is ideal for 2 or 3 families and young children, and has 3 snow-free parking spaces.
Modern comfort with a neat decoration. The household appliances are complete and recent: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle and toaster for tasty breakfasts. And of course raclette and fondue sets for the evening!
After skiing, you can cocoon in front of a beautiful blaze, with a glass of aperitif, a good book or a film, the fireplace diffusing a gentle warmth.
In the part of the living room, with bay windows, you can read while feeling in the middle of nature, warm in winter and pleasantly well in summer, or play with the board games at your disposal. In the library, you will find history books, novels, detective stories and documentation on the region, nature and possible activities.
The chalet is located 10 km from Briançon, an UNESCO World Heritage City.
For all those who like to diversify their pleasures, all mountain sports, summer and winter, are possible near the chalet. The departures of the ski lifts, the cross-country ski trails, the cliffs equipped for climbing or the via ferratas are 5 minutes away as well as the ski school and the tourist office.
Possibility of departure from the chalet for ski touring, snowshoeing, hiking or mountain biking.
Many activities are offered by the resort as well as the tourist office, including exciting guided tours through the valley.
