This is a small place but it has almost everything you need. It can get warm in the summer but the floor fan is very effective. The location is fantastic for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. The host communication was excellent and Nadea herself is great. She provided clear instructions and lots of good recommendations. It’s adjacent to a small courtyard so there is very little street noise, but there is the gentle rumbling of the metro from time to time, which didn’t really bother me. The shower has good pressure. The washing machine is a great perk.

This spot is in a PRIME location. We really only had to take the metro a few times due to how perfectly located this spot is. It is small, but totally adequate for a solo traveler or a couple hanging out for a weekend.
Host was absolutley fantastic, super friendly, communicative, and gave a TON of local recommendations and tips. Our trip was tangibly better because of her, fantastic hospitality.
Overall, the location and convenience was great value for money. I would totally stay here again!
