Superb Studio located in the center of Paris in the 1st arrondissement, a few steps from Rue de Rivoli known for its many lively shops and restaurants. You are surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Center and the banks of the Seine. Bright, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay alone or as a couple.

- A shower room with toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

This place had all the essentials in a very central location - the AC in particular was a godsend on a hot week in Paris. It’s very noisy however - recommend turning on white noise/bringing ear plugs.

Great clean and well located apartment near multiple cafes and metro. Only downside is that it is quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday night due to bars/clubs located right below the apartment. However during the week the noise was not bothersome.
