The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE. Laundry facilities, including garbage disposal, are included on each floor. Access to the pool deck and the fitness center is on the 3rd floor. The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW HEATED INFINITY OLYMPIC-SIZE POOL and landscaped pool deck with a view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. Direct access, and steps away from the beach, with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the PEDESTRIAN PROMENADE next to our building. Located where Lincoln Road meets the ocean, you’re in one of Miami’s most iconic and convenient neighborhoods. Everything is walkable! The Decoplage is steps to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and Collins Ave. Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.
Building requires both a tenant evaluation and the signing of a lease agreement. The non-refundable application fee is $50 per person (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee is $50 per couple instead of $100. An additional $45 per-application fee would be incurred if expedited processing is required. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. We will provide you with instructions. Maximum of TWO Guests are permitted to reserve this unit.
