fantastic location, great communication from Donna before and throughout the stay, no issues with late night noise (this was the main concern with knowing the location), and the room is exactly as pictured. And clean!

The Host was helpful and communicated well and provided answers to any questions. The Host provided most everything you would need and clearly noted in the property. She communicated on check in and out so it was smooth. She even text me about something we left and waited for me to pick it up. I appreciated it.

Donna was a great host. Very quick at responding to any questions. You could hear some noise during the night but this was expected as it was stated in the listing (plus you’re in Miami Beach). The room was clean and stocked with basic necessities. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a quick walk to the beach. The wifi was a little spotty for us, but it wasn’t a big deal since we were out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.

Donna was a wonderful host and so responsive when we had an issue with the AC. This was perfect place for our stay. A block away fromthe beach and close to the venue where a CrossFit competition was held that I was participating in. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a quick breakfast and heating up pizza. I would stay here again if I find myself back in South Beach!!
