Extremely clean. Silent with no street noise whatsoever. Lee was an excellent host and any questions I had he responded to nearly immediately. Highly recommend the property!

As a solo traveler, safety is my #1 priority. This property is nestled right in the middle of the South Beach action. Yet, it is discretely tucked away so you do get some peace and quiet.I was impressed with how clean the building is kept. I will definitely book my stay once again at this property!

Stayed 8 nights. Great location, just a short walk from Ocean Drive and close proximity to countless restaurants.. Apartment very spacious, clean and with a lot of natural daylight. Separate dining area and even small office desk/chair section, which I enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommend it and will stay there in the future if available.

Great apt with sleep for more than 2 although it was not needed. Great location and apt was clean . No issues.
