This condo is available by elevator on the top, 10th floor and is newly renovated with everything brand new! It features a King size bed with luxury linens, a full-size kitchen with everything that you need, a Queen size pullout couch, and a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a full laundry room on the first floor. Plush towels, robes, and bath products make your stay a luxury experience and fishing poles, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a rolling cart provide everything that you might want for a fun day at the beach. Free wifi/internet, along with Free Parking, add to the easy beach life feel. Two large, heated pools are onsite as well as a grilling area for those quiet evenings when you want to just hang out at the condo.
If you are feeling energetic head across the street to the beach to do some paddleboarding, kayaking, or parasailing – all available for rent right on the beach or nearby. Or walk a couple of blocks to rent a boat and cruise through the many islands along the Southwest Florida coast. If your thing is golf, schedule a tee time at one of the seventeen public golf courses available to play on in the area. Or you can drive up the road to Lovers Key State Park with its two miles of beaches and five miles of trails and watch manatees, dolphins, alligators, osprey, bald eagles and numerous other wildlife at play.
With your day winding down, enjoy the penthouse views over both the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay as you sip your evening cocktail on the condo’s balcony. Then walk across the street to Doc’s to have dinner on the beach, with your feet in the sand, or head to Coconut Jack’s next door for beautiful views of the Bay.
