The apartment overlooks the ground-floor condominium garden on one side and rue de Vaugirard on the other, and is secured by 3 entrance doors. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator.
It can accommodate up to 7 people and comprises an entrance hall with checkroom, opening directly onto a large living room with a welcoming sofa, 2 armchairs and 2 coffee tables. Dining room. A separate, fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent. At night, you have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a garden terrace, offering calm and comfort. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are fitted with 160cm double beds. Bedroom 1 has 3 single beds, 2 of which can be brought together to make a large 180cm bed. There's also 1 shower room with WC, and a second separate toilet.
