End terrace, sea views,short walk to the town and harbour of Ilfracombe

My quiet end terrace home is perfectly situated for making the most of the stunning North Devon coastline.Just a short drive to the west the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all renowned for some of the best surfing in the UK. Close by, to the east are Hele Bay, Combe Martin, Broadsands, Mermaids Cove and the secluded Wild Pear Beach, all of which are ideal for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming or snorkelling, even skinny dipping for the more carefree.
Just a few minutes walk away is Ilfracombes working harbour, from where you have a choice of taking a boat to Lundy Island, or a tour of the closer coast, there also man boats offering fishing trips. You can’t miss Damien Hirsts 18 metre tall opinion dividing statue either. My home is on the edge of an AONB, and the stunning south west coast path is just a few hundred metres away. Exmoor is also within easy reach.
I have a spacious kitchen dine, where I enjoy cooking for guests, but I would also welcome you to make the most of it by yourself if you prefer. Outside at the rear is an ample decking area, perfect for BBQ’s.If you want to eat out then you have plenty of options within walking distance.
I am a middle aged gent and live alone, and I’m happy to be as sociable or not as you like. Sadly I don’t allow pets, or children under 16 years of age.
