Enter in and make your way to the dining and living area, offering abundant seating for all. Enjoy movies or sports effortlessly on the expansive smart TV from the comfort of the generous sectional sofa. Just past the living and dining area is the fourth bedroom/game room that can be fully closed off or left open. It is not a traditional bedroom as it is off the living and dining area but it can be shut by two sets of French doors. There is no closet or clothing storage and there is an exit to the back porch. It serves as a great and comfortable bedroom and game area!

Adjacent to the dining and living space lies the well-appointed kitchen area, complete with full amenities and accompanying bar stools for added convenience. Off the kitchen is an expansive pantry, laundry room and stylish half bathroom.

Make your way to the second floor where you will find a shared full bathroom with calming baby blue tile. As well as a guest suite with a king bed, desk, tv and private front facing balcony.

Up to the third floor, you will find the most darling double twin bedroom, as well as the expansive primary suite. Equipped with a massive walk in closet, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The primary includes a king bed, bench seating and tv. The double doors lead out to a covered deck with ample seating and lounge areas. Make your way to the rooftop deck where the views are endless!

The garage includes a gym area and foosball table for guest use. Please note that all gym equipment is to be used at your own risk. Children must never be left unattended in the garage or near any exercise equipment at any time.

Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.

Parking - There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
