This stately residence combines historic architecture, antique furnishings, and modern comforts, offering a truly unique stay for you and your team, just minutes from Cooperstown and Otsego Lake. If you're visiting our area to attend Cooperstown Dreams Park this property is perfect for team lodging, the Limestone Mansion offers timeless elegance and warm hospitality.

Situated in the charming historic district of Cherry Valley, the mansion is within walking distance of local cafés, shops, and galleries, and only a short drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown’s Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera, and scenic outdoor trails.
During the off-season, the Limestone Mansion operates as a charming bed and breakfast. Please note that while there is a fully equipped commercial kitchen on-site, it is not available for guest use.
Each morning, a freshly prepared buffet-style breakfast is served in the elegant dining room, with serving times flexible to accommodate your group’s schedule. A private chef will also prepare two special dinners during your stay—please note these cannot coincide with your team party night.
If you choose to host a team party, it must take place outdoors. Your host will provide a tent and outdoor grills for your use.
For added convenience, each guest floor features a coffee, tea, and water station. On the second floor, you’ll also find “The Scullery”, a comfortable common area perfect for gathering, equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave for guest use.
The owners live in a separate house behind The Limestone Mansion, you will have the whole house to yourself.
