Nestled in the hills of beautiful Otsego County, New York, come begin your “Great Escape” in our charming country home. This beautiful property features a main house that will take you back in time while affording you life’s modern amenities. From the expansive pastoral yard, to the calming atmosphere, and all that Mother Nature has to offer, you will immediately feel transcended to a place where you always wanted to be! There are charming features abound as you let yourself settle in and take note. The floor plan design stresses an overall feeling of an open and airy communal space that is prevalent in many modern day homes. It maintains three bedrooms and three full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Natural light floods the home both upstairs and downstairs and panoramic picturesque views can be seen throughout. The kitchen has all of the amenities one would need to cook and there are two large living rooms. One living room has a queen size futon and the other has a new couch with built in recliners. Along with a small sitting area with a new love seat and two swivel chairs. The backyard has a pasture and two seating areas along with a barbecue and fire pit. And nothing is more peaceful than sitting outside at night, gazing at the stars without the glow of city lights obstructing the sky’s vastness, and listening to the sounds all around you.

This property was perfect for a getaway! Close to town but having a great property to relax outside and play lawn games in!
