Charming, newly renovated, 3 bed, 2.5 bath country farmhouse, a perfect all-season getaway. Spacious double height great room/living room flooded with natural light from morning to night. Large kitchen, brand new appliances and cookware, and farmhouse table seating up to10. Cozy new mattresses -1 king, 2 queen, and an extra 2 twin mattress trundle bed - new washer/dryer, books, games, smart TV, wireless internet, and 1.8 acres of yard. Skiing /snowboarding at nearby Hunter and Windham, hiking, biking, lakes, and antiquing. Visit popular nearby towns - Stamford, Jefferson, Delhi, Andes, Walton, Oneonta, Cobleskill, Cooperstown and more. Enjoy farm fresh local cheese, butter, eggs and vegetables, summer and winter tubing, and swimming at Mine Kill State Park. What a wonderful, clean and renovated farmhouse! There are lots of games, blankets and ample kitchenware. The house is very spacious and well cared for. It was the perfect location to go watch our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village. Thank you so much Steven!
