This newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features a contemporary design with plenty of natural light and direct access to a large private garden—ideal for sunbathing, unwinding in the shade, or enjoying a peaceful meal outdoors.
Inside, the apartment is equipped with individual aerothermal air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, built-in closets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all essentials, including bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. A private garage space is also included for your convenience.
A cleaning fee of €130 is not included.

Heading up the hills, you can be sipping a drink in the whitewashed village of Mijas in less than 15 minutes.
By Taxi or Uber - The area is very well served by taxis and Uber drivers.
Behind the property is a large mountain (2 km) with antennas. There is a hiking trail leading up to it that starts toward Benalmádena. The views are spectacular. The hike takes about 1.5–2 hours.
