ViVi Homes - Terra Higueron Luxury, Terrace & Pool

Really spacious, well designed modern property, was perfect for a family of 5 We went out of season and bar another couple had sold use of the pool. The apartment is 5 min drive to shops and restaurants Management team when we raised an issue were prompt in dealing with issues and there was a staff member at the end of the phone late night.

The check communication should be clearer and sent in earlier in advance of arrival. I’m presuming for security they are sent late, we were on our flight when they were sent. Pictures were vague and key safe information not clear nor in the place shown in the check in details, not fun at midnight with children. But they did respond to our call and ensured we checked In. We had to ask for a kettle as it’s not normally on their inventory. Beautiful apartment but you will need a car or Uber. No shops are within walking distance.

Mooi complex, dit was de 2e keer dat ik iets huurde via Vivi-Homes. Uitgekozen om Fuengirola te verkennen, maar toch in de luwte te zitten. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De WiFi kan beter. De verbinding valt zo nu en dan weg. De computer zegt ook dat er een zwakke beveiliging aanwezig is. Bedraad internet was beter geweest. Er was ook wel wat geluid overdag van de bouwwerkzaamheden aan de overkant, maar met de schuifpui dicht was het goed te doen. Wat niet beviel is dat er een dag geen stroom en water beschikbaar was. Ik heb hierdoor niet kunnen werken. Hier kan Vivi-Homes niks aan doen, maar dit was voor mij heel vervelend. Een dag omzet gemist. Ik had wel een bericht vanuit Vivi-Homes verwacht uit vriendelijkheid wellicht. Er zijn helaas ook geen winkels en/of andere voorzieningen zoals supermarkten in de buurt, waardoor je altijd de auto moet gebruiken om de boodschappen te doen. Het complex bestaat uit vele vakantie-huurwoningen, er waren vele vuilniszakken en andere rotzooi in de parkeergarage te vinden, dat vind ik zelf niet kunnen uit hygiënisch opzicht. De wijk had maar 1 afval-verzamelpunt, dit kan hiermee ook te maken hebben. Is het een excuus? In mijn optiek niet.
