The apartment was beautiful with beautiful views from the balcony. Lovely pools. Easy entry and exit from the garage.
The kettle worked on and off and we raised it with customer services and they replaced it with a new one which was great! Also we requested a hoover to keep the apartment clean and they sent a new one!
The living room carpet had stains and marks.
The patio sofa fabric was torn. The toilet roll holder was broken in one of the toilets. We raised the issue with customer services but nothing was done. We had AC issues- the master bedroom AC did not work and it was boiling hot and one of the twin rooms AC was freezing cold! We had to complain several times for the engineer to come have a look, they finally did and got it to work on day 5 of 7 of our stay.
The location is a bit far out from the centre.
