ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning
The accommodation must be returned in reasonably tidy and clean condition.
We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the security deposit, in the following cases:
• Excessive general dirtiness in the property.
• A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest’s responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the designated street containers indicated in the guide before check-out.
• Irreversible damage to towels and bed linen (make-up, creams, chemical products).
Services, Construction Works and Environment
At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that the property is thoroughly and rigorously cleaned before your arrival so that it is delivered in optimal condition.
However, the guest acknowledges and accepts the following:
• We are not responsible if community facilities (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
• Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible noise or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community and carried out in common areas (façade painting, entrance works, garages, gardens, etc.).
• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be held responsible for ongoing dirtiness (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas), nor for noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads).
As these activities are beyond our control, we have no authority over their schedule or intensity, and their existence shall not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.
