The vacation rental features plenty of wood. In the kitchen-living room, which has a cozy sofa, you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and satellite TV, as well as 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with three beds, including a bunk bed). Separate bathroom and toilet, entryway. To enjoy the magnificent view and fresh air, there’s a large private garden with seating where you can relax. The apartment is very popular because it’s a standalone unit and is at ground level.

On-site costs: • Check-In / Check-Out The vacation apartments are ready for occupancy starting at 2:00 p.m. Please vacate the accommodations by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. • Payment must be made no later than one day before departure in CASH or in advance via bank transfer. • Please let us know approximately what time you expect to arrive. • We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not permitted on our farm. • One free covered parking space per apartment is available in front of the building. • You can use Wi-Fi for free in the apartments. The password is provided inside the apartment. • Your vacation includes the GenussCard, which offers over 280 free admissions. • Meals: Since our apartments are fully equipped, we do not provide meals. This means you can enjoy the freedom of self-catering… with no set times to follow. Breakfast in your own patio in front of your apartment—maybe even still in your pajamas? Or would you rather eat in your apartment… just the way “you” like it. • Even if you’re already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately, something unexpected can always come up. To spare you unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation or mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend European Travel Insurance. • Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation terms apply to our business in accordance with the Austrian General Terms and Conditions of Travel (AGBH) 2006: You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. Up to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. For cancellations made during the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and for early departure, 100% of the travel price. Thus, a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure. • Please note: If you do not wish to purchase cancellation insurance, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in the event of a cancellation or trip interruption.
