A place to feel at home. 4 vacation apartments at 720 m above sea level, in a quiet location away from main traffic, surrounded by forests and meadows, for 2–5 people, each with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, shower, toilet, terrace or patio, one parking space per vacation apartment in the carport, a cozy fireplace lounge with a play area, a large adventure playground, a petting zoo with small animals, barbecue evenings, and guided hikes. On-site fees: • Check-in / Check-out The vacation apartments are ready for occupancy starting at 2:00 PM. Please vacate the accommodations by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. • Payment must be made no later than one day before departure in CASH or in advance via bank transfer. • We kindly ask you to let us know approximately what time you will be arriving. • We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not permitted on our farm. • In front of the house, there is one free covered parking space available per apartment. • You can use Wi-Fi for free in the apartments. The password is provided inside the apartment. • Included with your vacation is the GenussCard, offering over 280 free admissions. • Meals: Since our apartments are fully equipped, we do not provide meals. This means you can enjoy the freedom of self-catering… with no set times to follow. Breakfast in your own patio in front of your apartment—maybe even still in your pajamas? Or would you rather eat in your apartment… just the way “you” like it. • Even if you’re already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately, something unexpected can always come up. To spare you unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation or mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend European Travel Insurance. • Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation terms apply to our business in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Business (AGBH) 2006: You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the trip price. Up to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the trip price. For cancellations made in the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the trip price, and for early departure, 100% of the trip price. Thus, a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure. • Please note: If you do not wish to purchase cancellation insurance, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in the event of a cancellation or trip interruption.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
