This charming residence with a typically Rétais style has been designed as a true haven of peace, ideal for family stays or time with loved ones, combining comfort and intimacy.



Spread over 200 m², the villa is organised around a main house and two outbuildings, offering each person their own space whilst encouraging moments of conviviality. The enclosed garden, lush and completely private, invites relaxation in total privacy, with its numerous landscaped outdoor spaces: sunny terrace, outdoor furniture and an official-sized pétanque court for lovely summer games. Inside, a billiard table completes the leisure facilities.



The completely renovated house features a modern and fully equipped kitchen that will delight gastronomy enthusiasts. It notably includes a professional coffee machine, perfect for enjoying an espresso worthy of the best cafés.
