Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² garden flat for rent in Dinard, one kilometre from the Prieuré beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation comprises a lovely, fully open-plan living area of 33 m², which is bright and pleasant, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 110 m².
Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A bright 33 m² living room with a TV, a well-made and comfortable sofa, and a dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, 3-ring induction hob, fridge with 2 freezer compartments...
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space (chest of drawers + wardrobe).
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
- A utility room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer

- You can enjoy a south-west-facing, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours, complete with garden furniture to make the most of sunny days.

The Prieuré beach (with its magnificent view of Saint-Malo) and the superb Parc du Port Breton are a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive away.
Shops are less than 5 minutes away by car.
