Nestled on a calm canal with direct bay access, it’s the perfect place to swim, kayak, & unwind under the Florida sun. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the patio, afternoons splashing in the pool, & evenings gathered around the fire pit as the sun sets. Whether you’re looking for adventure or a peaceful escape, this home offers the best of both.

• Waterfront on a quiet canal with direct access to Tampa Bay
• Private swimming pool with sun loungers (additional fee per day to heat pool $75) Please know the pool and hot tub temperature will drop when uncovered and in use. Recovery times vary based on weather conditions.

• Private dock for kayaking, boating, or relaxing
