☞ Parking on street only, as the small driveway cannot accommodate a vehicle and has been converted into a patio. Parking on the street is located right in front of the unit underneath the bistro lights.
☞ It should be noted that security cameras are placed on multiple locations around the out side of the property and the adjoining property. All recording devices are visible and are only located externally of the listing.
☞ South Broadway is a historic, evolving urban neighborhood where past and future meet. Here, you’ll find beautifully aged homes — from charming bungalows to Pueblo Revival styles — many lovingly restored by longtime residents and newer neighbors.
