About this apartment rental
Our home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for two which could also serve dualy as a desk space. There is one private bedroom and a couch with a pullout sofe quen bed.
We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore.

Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Include picture of front of property, would replace the front blonds before doing that. The back sliding door latch is difficulty to lock

Stayed 9 days during Thanksgiving holiday. For me the best surprise with a VRBO is no surprise. Property was as pictured - clean, easy access to I-40 & attractions in Old Albuquerque, kitchen well supplied, bed comfortable & situated in quiet neighborhood. What’s not to love.
