About this house rental
Welcome to this bright, well-equipped North Seattle home — three blocks from Green Lake and minutes from Northgate Light Rail. A great base for the FIFA World Cup 2026, a Sounders match, a family trip, or just a comfortable week in one of Seattle's best neighborhoods.
The space
3 bedrooms (Queen on main floor · Double + King on lower level) + Office with sleeper sofa
Main floor has one private bedroom with a Queen bed, and a Flex office space -- a dedicated space with a sleeper sofa and a desk. Works great as overflow sleeping if someone wants their own space. Plus a full kitchen stocked for cooking and a living room with a wall-mounted smart TV and Nintendo Switch.
The lower level adds two more private bedrooms — a Double and a King — each with its own entrance from both inside the home and a separate exterior door. Ideal for groups who want extra privacy.
Outside: a fully fenced backyard with a BBQ & picnic table, perfect for summer evenings and pre-game cookouts.

The host was wonderfully welcoming and responsive! The home was also welcoming with everything we could think of provided. The location is great right next to Green Lake so you can walk to restaurants and a local bakery. And the lake!
