About this house rental
A light-filled, spacious Craftsman home in the desirable Green Lake / Tangletown neighborhood offering modern comforts and contemporary appeal. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home is just one block off the lake, with lake views from the master bedroom and adjoining nook that doubles as an office or extra sleeping space.
There is a covered front porch with seating in front of the house, and a back deck with seating for four and a gas grill. There is one off-street parking space in the front.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a resident living in the lower level of the house. They have a separate and private space, and there are no shared areas. The listing and all guest spaces remain fully private for your stay.
Also, please note that the front parking space is narrow. (There is also off street parking)
With great neighbors and walking distance to Tangletown restaurants and close to major highways the location can't be beat!The house is just steps away from beautiful Green Lake and offers very convenient access to both Interstate 90 and Highway 99 as well as a bus stop a half block away that runs directly to downtown Seattle.

• Modern kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, perfect for group prep and dining. Also includes an island with cooktop and eating counter.
•Dining room with six-person dining table
• Entertainment room with flat screen TV, large sectional couch and surround sound speakers

• Powder Room

• An inviting master bedroom suite complete with:

The owners were wonderful, kind, quick to respond, and went out of their way to help us. The home was beautiful and airy, but it did have some issues. Most of the house was clean, but we did find some things that were unpleasant. Also, the windows had no screens which posed a problem at night with the bugs (yes we did get some mosquitos). Fans were readily available, but it was still stuffy. In addition, there was an issue with the internet, but that was resolved after a day. Of importance, if you have any issues with your occupants not being able to climb a lot of stairs, you may want to reconsider this home. I did not fully view the home and my elderly occupants struggled to get up and down the stairs which were a bit steep, and stairs without a railing made getting down to the sidewalk especially difficult. There is no hot tub (as seen in one of the pictures I viewed). Also, the lower half of the home (basement apt) is rented out at the same time (we did not know this). A listing of supplies provided or not provided would be helpful (laundry soap, dish soap, etc.) so one does not need to do unplanned shopping. A blender and mixer would be nice.
Overall though, we did enjoy our stay. The location was great which provided for easy walking to local eateries and the lake. Again, I can't stress how nice the owners were and how much they did help us.

Five adults stayed at Julie and Mark’s rental home. The house was clean and good size! Kitchen appliances were high end. Deck was big! Used the nice grill one time as we were too busy eating out! In addition to a parking space at the rental, parking was easy for extra car. Owners Julie and Mark were so nice and very accommodating to our needs and our questions. The house was about two blocks from Green Lake. We took advantage by walking several times! Hope the rental home will be available on our next trip!

Our family of 4 had an awesome stay. We walked/jogged or biked Green Lake most evenings and watched the sun set. After a long day of activity, we had relaxing dinners in the very well-equipped kitchen. We had a very minor problem with the washing machine and Mark was over in a few minutes to fix the problem. Communication with Julie was easy. Would definitely stay again.

I came with my wife and two daughters. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves.
Easy to catch a bus that runs frequently just a block away.
