In the basement, there is a second living room with Tv and games, 1 Queen bdrm, 1 day bed, full bathroom and the washer & dryer.
In the backyard, relax on the on the deck or around the cozy firepit.

We had a great time! Very comfy house and lovely back yard. The location was walkable to lots restaurants and within 15 min of downtown attractions. We will def stay here again!

The home was great in a fantastic neighborhood for our morning walks. Easy access to the 99 to get to the center of the city and to our favorite establishments in Ballard and Phinney Ridge. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Nicely restored home. Our family had a great time staying here. It is close enough to all the fun things in Seattle and the shopping and restaurants close by are nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
