Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Boat Lift: Guests are not permitted to use boat lift or boat stored at property.

Yes, house was very clean. Shower was broken, but host repaired very quickly. Outdoor grill needs to be replaced, and bathroom cabinets and fixtures need to be updated. Over all it was a comfortable stay.
