List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (in small hotel sizes). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will send you a rental agreement to sign via our system. This agreement MUST be signed to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know before your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.

This rental was amazing it was one of the nicest places we've rented in Florida. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and enjoyed our journeys in the area....dog friendly beaches and the loop in Ormond Beach. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals in house. I enjoyed the pool every day, specially with my first cup of coffee. Perfect stay, hopefully we can rent this home again.11 Wheeler Palm Coast

Good location to nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Close to nature preserves. Quiet neighborhood to relax. Thirty minutes to either Daytona or St.Augustine.

We came down to visit my mom who lives in Daytona. Rather than go there, we all met at Palm Coast. This neighborhood is adorable and quiet.The water views are Picturesq and the pool was perfect.Alina was a great help and hostess- always answers and was super helpful.We would absolutely stay again.
