The Casago First Coast Team were so responsive and helpful. The condo was large and every room had its own space and own full bathroom. It was only my husband and I, but if others had stayed with us, we would not have been on top of eachother and all would have had our own space in the home. Back Porch was huge with a great view. Very clean. Very peaceful.

The condo was very nice and roomy. Great back patio. I had a few questions and received quick responses from management. I would rent this unit again.

We loved the location of this condo. Beautiful sunrises and enjoyed watching the ocean each day. Great location for beach and pools alike.
Condo was very spacious and well decorated.
Our problem with it was that it WAS NOT CLEAN. Carpets were in terrible condition, should have been cleaned BEFORE we moved in. Also all but 1 window was able to be opened, all others broke. And then the screen door on the lanai was broke and could not even be used. Then we also had to report that the electrical system in the entire unit was not working properly. And the refrigerator had broken shelving, which we did get fixed after a couple weeks.
We finally were able to get a response from the property manager after 2 weeks of complaining but nothing was done except for refrigerator repairs.
All in all, we would NOT RECOMMEND VACASA as a property manager and also not this unit until it gets the overall repairs it needs.
