Die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung und das Ambiente. Bei Fragen wurde sofort und freundlich reagiert. Sehr empfehlenswert

Super zentrale Lage, gleich in der Nähe zum Zentrum und mit Blick auf das Museum bzw. dahinter die Donau; Konnte in der Früh gleich laufen gehen. Das Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Balkon und geht in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Straße wohnzimmerseitig ist sehr laut, dafür gibt es auch einen Lufttauscher, damit man nicht die Fenstertüren öffnen muss. Sehr schade, weil es einen kleinen Balkon gibt und die Lage (bis auf die Straße) sehr schön ist.

Sehr schönes neues Appartment. Super Lage, toller Ausblick. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Kopfkissen waren nicht so meins, für mich etwas zu hoch. Aber alles gut.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Der kleine Balkon war angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse aber das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig nach hinten raus gelegen.
Alles hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen.
