Muito bem localizado junto ao rio e em frente ao Lentos Kunstmuseum. Fica a 4 minutos a pé do centro. Apartamento moderno e espaçoso.

O apartamento não tem ar condicionado e existe um ruído de fundo que não se consegue desligar nem perceber muito bem a origem. As escadas têm um cheiro desagradável, mas o apartamento cheirava bem e esrava muito limpo.

Great location, really very central and walking distance to main attractions. The apartment is quite newly renovated and very clean (although quite sparsely furnished) The size of the apartment is quite big You get a code to access to rooftop terrace from where there was great view (but there is only a bank kind of a rooftop mini-garden)

The promised view was not there - instead of the river view we had a relatively busy road and trees view. We were on the third floor, perhaps higher the view is better. There was no air-con and we had to keep the windows open and it was quite noisy in the night because of traffic (+on the other balcony the bird were making noise all night). The entrance to the building is shared with backdoor of a restaurant and I didn't like the smell. The parking they recommended (Pfarrplatz) was very near, but really expensive (EUR 25 per 24h).

Emplacement face aux musées qui s'allument la nuit. Une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Proche de la vieille ville. Climatisation très appréciable et appartement confortable.

Il y a bien une machine à laver le linge mais rien pour l'étendre. Peu d'éléments pour cuisiner pour 4 personnes.
