Great location in a downtown. A 10-min walking distance from the Central station.

Excellent location in between the train station and Hauptplatz (Main square), 5 mins from the former and 10 mins from the latter. All shopping facilities (Billa) are within a walking distance, the tram stop is just on the square. You can buy Linz cakes (Jindrak company) in the cafe at the entrance to the house. As a bonus, excellent view from the 7th floor.
The rooms are very practically equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well supplied with necessary facilities such as seasonings (if you want to prepare your meals, it helps you very much) or tea (thanks for that).
Communication with the host was easy, Karin replies promptly and effectively. We also appreciated her mother who met us the first day and explained us everything (sorry for our weak German).
Probably, the square below might be the place for weekend parties, although it is absolutely not connected with the apartment and eventual noise seems far away from the 7th-floor height.
