It's a brand new appartement that was built to a high standard. My stay there was much more pleasant than any hotel I've experienced in the area before. My highlights were the high-quality bed/mattress, the shower (good pressure), and the kitchen that even surprised with good coffee and emergency food provided.
It was a very hot summer day and I had to turn off the AC because it was way too loud at night. Not a deal-breaker, though.

Comfortable, well equipped, clean and modern. Great location, 1 stop from Hbf.
Only suggestion, to install a curtain for the shower. All the rest was perfect.

Pohodlné ubytování kousek od nádraží. Čisto. Byli jsme na kolech, nebyl problém je umístit pod stříškou na dvoře. Bylo jednoduché se napojit na Dunajskou cyklostezku, večer zajít pěšky do centra na večeři. Mohu doporučit.
Nic mě nenapadá.
