Predivan stan na izuzetnoj lokaciji. Izuzetno ljubazan domacin, predusretljiv i dostupan. Stan je odmah pored reke, u mirnom kraju, savrsen za odmor, zao mi je sto nisam mogao zbog obaveza da ostanem duze, ali cu se svakako vratiti. Topla preporuka svakome. Retki su stanodavci koji vas docekaju sa osmehom, ponude vam svaku vrstu pomoci, a kada udjete u stan, zaista je sve sredjeno, cisto i bude vam zao da odete.

Where do I begin...
I rented this property for a friend visiting with her husband during the Holidays.
The building is one of the more beautiful parts of Zemun, Street Pregrevica, looking at the river. Everything is gated and safe, also very new. We were able to check out the place early to ensure the right fit.
Our guests arrived at different times, and the amazingly wonderful Srdjan helped us make sure they collected the keys right away and settled in - he arranged it directly with our friends and offered anything extra - even left some extra sheets and other stuff as he knew they'd be staying long.
The heating is amazing, the neighbours are also very nice, and the decorations are amazing. Beautiful paintings on all walls and an amazing balcony. Everything listed is what you get! Even the toster and water heater!
Srdjan was available for any questions they had, and we are extremely satisfied. Definitely would rent again.
Holidays: There is a great view of fireworks during New Years and Christmas - highly recommend! Also a beautiful yard for the warmer periods.
