The Bellevue in Canal Park

I was staying here on a business trip and shared this 2 room condo with one of my colleagues. So the value was excellent in comparison with many of the hotel rates - we were also meeting in The Garden Center so the location could not have been better (5 minute walk). I am a HUGE fan of urban renewal style lofts and condo and this property is extremely well done. The beds are very comfortable, the climate control is excellent and the amenities are also top notch. Communication with the owner/property manager was also excellent with responses coming back to me same day or next day.

There is nothing I didnt like. Some renters might be slightly thrown off by the exterior and location - this is an old manufacturing building and the exterior is still very much brick factory. Also sits right on top of a liquor store and adjacent to a number of restaurant/bar locations. But we had no problems with noise, so I didn't have any issues. I like the urban renewal vibe myself.

Great location, peaceful, and quiet.

The only thing I did not like was the amount of light that came through the shades at night from the street lights. Very minor, but just letting you know. I would stay here over and over again.
