Great stay for UMD graduation weekend. We had a quiet, spacious, clean spot for the entire family. We really enjoyed making our own breakfast in the morning instead of rushing out from a hotel. The property is somehow even larger than the photos suggest. Very impressive and unique.

This place is amazing! If our group could give it more stars we would! If you have a bigger group this is the place to be, it’s so big and beautiful! We had so much room to hang out and spread out. My nephews especially loved hanging out in the little loft! I was a little worried about being downtown but we didn’t have any trouble getting in or out! Everything we could possibly need was there, there was even toys and a booster seat for my two year old grandson to use! The host did a great job getting us the information we needed to make the check in and out process go smoothly and reached out before our visit to make sure we read everything and to let us know we could contact them with any questions. We definitely will try to book this place again when we come back to Duluth! The only thing we were missing was a history of the beautiful building. We have so many questions about the history and character of the place!
