Location. 1 block from Canal park so easy walk to shops, restaurants and lake walk. My teens also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the living room while watching movies. Enjoyed having bedrooms and 2 baths too. Owners were accommodating and we were able to check in a little earlier and messaged us to ask if we needed anything during the stay.
We enjoyed everything.
